- 2006 marks the return of the famous name Charger in Dodge's production line. As distinct from its predecessor the new model is four-door sedan instead of two-door coupe. However the rear drive and the powerful engines are still available as well as standard features for modern car—ABS, traction/antiskid control, side airbags and curtain side airbags etc. The four-door body of 2006 Charger may disappoint many fans of the classic model. This was made due to the fact that it is actually replacement to the outgoing Dodge Intrepid sedan.
